We at Inova understand that care does not end after a hospital stay. We offer a range of services to assist with medical and personal care, rehabilitation, special equipment needs and living arrangements.
The Inova Medical House Calls Program is especially designed to bring primary care to homebound patients who are 65 years of age or greater. Our healthcare team – including doctors, nurse practitioners and social workers – offers expert, comprehensive care for patients who have difficulty leaving the home. This primary care team will coordinate your health and wellness program.
Inova Medical House Calls is tailored specifically for patients who:
- Are 65 years of age or older
- Have difficulty leaving home for medical appointments
- Have Medicare, Medicaid or other health insurance that will pay for homebound care

Outpatient Geriatric Care
Inova Primary Care offers specialized geriatric services at three locations: Oakton, Mark Center, and Old Town. These offices are staffed with board certified geriatricians who are experts in evaluating and managing complex geriatric illnesses.
