Geriatric consultations and assessments
A carefully-coordinated process brings together a specialized Geriatric Consultative Team and a patient's physicians and other caregivers to enhance care and help identify concerns related to age.

Free Elderlink Consultations every Thursday
Every Thursday from 12 noon - 1:30 pm, the Hospital Elder Life Program and a representative from ElderLink provides consultations in the Health Sciences Library Geriatric Resource Center to provide information and answer questions about caring for older adults.
