GMHC’s efforts focus on reaching gay, bisexual and transgendered persons through the following ways:

• Community organizing

• Increasing access for gay, bisexual and transgendered persons to HIV testing, primary medical care, immunizations, STD screening and treatment

• Increasing access to substance abuse treatment and mental health services for gay, bisexual and transgendered persons, regardless of their HIV status
