Midwifery Services at Inova Loudoun Hospital
Inova Loudoun Hospital is pleased to offer moms-to-be the option of working with a certified nurse midwife (CNM), a registered nurse with undergraduate and advanced degrees in nursing and midwifery from an accredited nurse-midwifery education program. Nurse midwives provide patient care during pre-conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

OB/GYN and CNM Hospitalists of Loudoun
Our OB/GYN and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) hospitalists are on-site 24/7 and have been serving the Loudoun community for more than 10 years. They have collectively delivered more than 1,400 babies for unassigned and private practice patients.
Additionally, they provide obstetric care to women who are uninsured, have limited resources, or are on Medicaid at the Inova OB/GYN Clinic at Loudoun Hospital. This program is a service offered to the community in cooperation with the Loudoun County Health Department and HealthWorks for Northern Virginia.
