Pelvic floor rehabilitation may help

Pelvic floor exercises and other techniques targeted to your particular condition will help strengthen the pelvic muscles and pelvic floor, and reduce the risk (or worsening) of prolapse, incontinence, pain and other symptoms.

With a doctor's prescription, you can receive pelvic floor rehab at the Inova Physical Therapy Centers in Ashburn , Fair Oaks, Franconia-Springfield, Mount Vernon, Vienna / Tysons, and Woodbridge. Pelvic floor rehab is also available at Inova Alexandria Hospital and Inova Loudoun Hospital.
