Patrick Walters
Head, Inova Center for Personalized Health
Patrick Walters served as CEO of Loudoun Hospital from 2012-2017. He has also more recently served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer and the interim CEO for Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Children's Hospital and Inova Loudoun Hospital during leadership transitions and previously led both Inova Alexandria and Inova Mount Vernon hospitals as their vice president and administrator. Prior to joining Inova, Pat served as president and chief executive officer of Alexandria Health Services Corporation and as administrator of Alexandria Hospital from 1992 to 1997.
Tom McDuffie
President, Inova Realty
Tom leads the development of the Inova Center for Personalized Health (ICPH) to include infrastructure development, individual parcel development, land use and zoning activities, and marketing and leasing.
Pete Jobse
Managing Partner, Inova Strategic Investments and Inova Personalized Health Accelerator
Pete Jobse is responsible for leading Inova’s innovation investing and development for companies that are transforming Inova and global health services. Pete has been a corporate officer for publicly traded high technology companies, founder of a venture funded startup company and CEO of a non-profit innovation investment and consulting company.
