1. How does Inova WeightNET interact with my employees?
After online registration is completed, an Inova WeightNET care manager or coach will contact a participant within 3 business days by email. There are a number of core classes that each participant reviews online. Once the individualized weight loss plan is determined, weekly email contact and occasional phone calls continue throughout the program. Monthly newsletters and online tip sheets also provide interaction with Inova WeightNET.

2. How do the physical assessments work?
Inova WeightNET offers quarterly physical assessments that are held at the worksite. We require a room in which these assessments occur. Your employees will make ten-minute appointments to have a simple assessment completed: height, weight, body composition, blood pressure, waist and hip measurements.

3. Is there a minimum number of employees that must enroll?
No, the fees for the program are based on the quarterly on-site assessments and a monthly fee per participants.

4. What am I, as an employer, responsible for?
Employers will work with Inova WeightNET to provide a wide range of customized, ongoing promotional campaigns directed to promote awareness and utilization of the Inova WeightNET program and the services it provides.

5. How does Inova WeightNET protect confidentiality of the participants?
Maintaining confidentiality is crucial to the success and credibility of all Inova WeightNET programs. Inova WeightNET will not release information to anyone outside of Inova WeightNET without the written authorization of the employee, unless required by law or the employee presents imminent danger to themselves or others.
