- Neuromuscular disorders (myopathies, muscular dystrophies, ALS)
- Movement disorders (Huntington disease, SCA, chorea, ataxia)
- Dementias (familial Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementias)
- Familial prion diseases
- Unexplained neuromuscular/neurological symptoms
