Dr. Tania Damavandy is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and an active clinician in aesthetic medicine. She joins Inova Medical Group with over 17 years of clinical experience.
Most recently Dr. Damavandy served as medical director for two medical spas. She also is an educator and international lecturer of aesthetic medicine for the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Damavandy became interested in aesthetic medicine because so many of her patients would inquire about alternate therapies to help them look and feel their best. Her goal is to help her patients look as vibrant and healthy as they feel on the inside, especially since advances in modern medicine have led to patients living longer and fuller lives.
Dr. Damavandy is an assistant clinical professor at George Washington University School of Medicine and assistant clinical professor of Virginia Commonwealth School of Medicine. She also is an international educator and lecturer for the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She is an associate of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America. She is has authored multiple publications.
