Inova Primary Care – Purcellville is a family medicine practice serving patients of all ages, from infants to adults. We are conveniently located at 740 East Main Street, Purcellville.
Our primary care physicians are dedicated to providing quality healthcare for the entire family. The practice works in close coordination with Inova's extensive network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. Translation services are available for our patients. Please contact the office prior to your appointment.
Inova Primary Care – Purcellville accepts all major commercial insurances and Medicare Part B.

- Walk-in visits are offered daily during the hours of 8 - 9 a.m., Monday-Friday.
- Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis for the following acute illnesses:
- Sore Throat
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Fever
- Rashes/Skin Irritation
- Cough
- Flu Symptoms
- Sinus Congestion
- Pink eye
- Ear Ache
- This service is limited to established patients of the practice.
