At Inova's long-term care facilities, individualized care plans are created for each resident to help ensure the appropriate level of care, maintain patient dignity and encourage each resident to reach his or her fullest potential. Input from residents and family members is welcome whenever possible. Our healthcare professionals work with residents and family members to ensure individualized services, including:

- Ventilator program (Inova Cameron Glen Center)
Inova Commonwealth Care Center has a 24-hour emergency care facility located in the building. At Inova Cameron Glen and Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 24-hour emergency care center is conveniently located on campus. The emergency care facilities are staffed by Inova healthcare professionals.
All residents have direct access to Inova's full continuum of healthcare services including five area hospitals, home care, mental health services and wellness programs. Consultations with Inova-affiliated physicians are easily arranged.
Social programs
A variety of social programs, both group and individual, are offered to help keep minds alert and bodies active.
- The Pets on Wheels program lets residents pet, cuddle and play with friendly dogs and cats.
- Musical performances, sing-alongs and other cultural activities take place regularly.
- Clergy from nearby churches and synagogues are frequent visitors.
- An active group of volunteers provides assistance, special care and companionship.
- At Inova Cameron Glen Care Center, an onsite child care center gives residents daily interaction with youngsters, many of whom become surrogate grandchildren.
- Recreational therapy is offered.
