Biography

Raquel has been with Inova Health System since 2015 and has been a licensed physical therapist since 2005. She received her education at the University of Puerto Rico where she earned her Masters of Physical Therapy and subsequently earned her transitional Doctorate from Northeastern University in Boston.

Raquel has certifications as a Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). Raquel has worked mainly in outpatient settings, treating orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehab. In addition to treating common orthopedic injuries she also has experience in treating patients with neurological pathologies.
