Biography

Lindsay is a physical therapist board certified in orthopedics. She joined Inova Physical Therapy Center in 2015 and has over 6 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in the management of sports and lower extremity injuries.

Lindsay passed the exam to become an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2016. She is also certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and is an American Physical Therapy Association credentialed clinical instructor. She continues to expand upon her orthopedic knowledge and progress her manual therapy skills through frequent continuing education courses.

As a young athlete, Lindsay became interested in physical therapy after sustaining several sports related injuries. She fell in love with the philosophy of using your own body to heal itself. Her goal is to help patients maximize their own body's physical potential.

A native of Columbia, Maryland, Lindsay currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia with her husband, Pat, and son, Andrew. In her spare time, she loves playtime with her son, running with her dog, recreational sports, and anything outdoors.
