Inova Loudoun Hospital offers free and ample parking on our campuses for patients, visitors, staff and physicians. Commuter parking on our campuses is prohibited.
Construction notice
To meet the needs of our ever-growing community, we are expanding our facilities and services. Our Master Plan expansion project will ensure that Loudouners always have access to high-quality care, advanced technology, and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities – close to home.
While this is an exciting time, we understand that construction can also be quite disruptive to both patients and our staff. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to update our patient care facilities.
Parking
In preparation for your next visit, please download our Easy Navigation parking map. Please follow the campus signs to help navigate you to the right department or office:

Parking Garage: Patients and visitors of the Emergency Room and the 44035 medical office building, which contains the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute – Schaufeld Family Heart Center; Inova Radiation and Oncology Center; Outpatient Specialty Rehabilitation Center; and Inova Loudoun Surgery Center – Lansdowne (Outpatient).
- South Hospital Parking Lots: Patients and visitors of the main hospital, The Birthing Inn, Natural Birth Center, and 44055 medical office building.
Valet parking at select entrances
FREE valet parking service is available Monday through Friday during daytime hours at the following buildings / entrances:
- Building 44045: South (main) hospital entrance – 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- 44035 Medical Office Building – 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Emergency Room entrance – 9 a.m. to midnight
Handicapped parking
Designated handicapped parking is available in front of every building on campus.
Note that the handicapped parking spaces nearest The Birthing Inn may offer the shortest, most convenient route to the main hospital building.
