Once applied, they will fall off naturally in about two to three weeks. When coming in to get eyelash extensions, remember the following: It takes about three hours for a new set of lashes to be placed on your eyelids. During this time most clients relax and enjoy a refreshing nap while the technician applies the lashes. You also do not want to get them wet for the first 24 hours to ensure they have time to adhere properly.
