Simplicity Health Clinics

Simplicity Health clinics provide excellent primary care services at affordable fees for adults who:

• Do not qualify for Medicaid,
• Do not get health insurance through work,
• Have insurance with high copays and deductibles making it difficult to access basic health care services.

The primary goal of Simplicity Health is to provide ongoing primary care, prevention, and disease management for chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Staff will assist patients who need to arrange for additional services beyond the primary care offered at Simplicity Health clinics.

One key premise of Simplicity Health is that health care becomes part of the community and individuals are required to buy into their own health. Simplicity Health sites will target and modify care to the population they serve, so that care and education may be provided in one’s most comfortable language and in a culturally sensitive fashion.

Patients pay $40 for access to four weeks of regular primary health care and basic behavioral health services and educational group sessions. This $40 fee needs to be renewed for every new 4-week period

Simplicity Health is not an urgent care clinic, but will provide same-day sick visit appointments when possible to individuals who are not regular clinic patients.
