Hormone Therapy
Hormone therapy adds, blocks or removes hormones from a woman’s body. Hormone therapy may be a treatment option along with or following other forms of treatment. Synthetic hormones may be given to slow or stop the growth of breast cancer, blocking production of the body's natural hormones.
