Patient Support
Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group
Patient support groups can provide education and social support that improves well-being. Many patients feel isolated after receiving a diagnosis of interstitial lung disease. It's an unknown disease and you'll need help to manage its effects.
Inova offers a monthly support group where patients with pulmonary fibrosis and their family members can listen to speakers and learn effective strategies from other members who are doing well.
The group meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Physicians Conference Center 
at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
