We understand how important loved ones are in the recovery process, and we make every effort to include them in each step of the process. Kidney transplant education seminars
Members of the community are welcome to attend our free, twice-monthly sessions
to learn more about transplant services at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Support group meetings
Receiving a transplant can be a stressful, overwhelming experience.
Keeping yourself and your new kidney or kidney/pancreas healthy is a lifetime commitment.
The transplant center has monthly support group meetings.
Transplant social workers are also available to help with
support programs and coping. Join us at an upcoming meeting.
