Steve Narang, MD, MHCM, is President of Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.

A pediatrician, Steve joins Inova from Banner Health in Arizona, where he served as CEO of Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix since 2013. Steve is a physician executive whose experience leading a complex healthcare organization presents a strong foundation for his role at Inova. He has improved patient quality and safety outcomes while increasing physician satisfaction and alignment during his tenure as CEO.
 
Prior to Banner Health, Steve was Medical Director at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, Steve served his residency in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He has also earned a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from Harvard University.
