Patrick Walters, MBA

Patrick Walters, formerly the CEO of Inova Loudoun Hospital, is currently serving in the role of interim COO and oversees the Inova Center of Personalized Health and inpatient and ancillary ambulatory operations.
Prior to joining Inova, he served as president and chief executive officer of
Alexandria Health Services Corporation and as administrator of Alexandria
Hospital from 1992 to 1997. In 1997, Mr. Walters was key in the hospital’s merger
with Inova. When Alexandria Hospital became part of Inova, Mr. Walters
led both Inova Alexandria and Inova Mount Vernon hospitals as their vice
president and administrator. He also filled the role as interim CEO for Inova
Fairfax Hospital, Inova Children's Hospital and Inova Loudoun Hospital
during leadership transitions.
Mr. Walters is an active member of the state and local business community. He is
a member of the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association and the
Alexandria Rotary Club.
Mr. Walters earned his Master’s degree in business administration from George
Mason University where he also conducted his undergraduate studies in finance
and accounting.
