To help you get settled into your new home, we’ve created a move-in checklist.
- Find an Inova Primary Care Provider. Inova has 26 primary care locations across Northern Virginia, with physicians specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Same day appointments and 24/7 online scheduling are available.

Locate your nearest Inova Urgent Care. Getting sick isn’t always convenient. Thankfully, Inova Urgent Care centers are. For life’s everyday bumps and bruises, Inova offers 10 urgent care locations which are open daily – even on weekends. Providers treat patients of all ages. Some centers even offer specialized pediatric services in collaboration with Inova Children’s Hospital.
- Identify the closest 24/7 Emergency Room (ER). Inova offers 13 ER locations with 24/7 service. Inova Fairfax, Fair Oaks, and Loudoun hospitals are home to special Inova Children’s ERs. In the event of an emergency, always call 911.
- Find a specialist. Inova Medical Group offers a network of 400+ physicians across Northern Virginia who are experts in more than 20 adult specialties.
- Download the Inova App. The Inova app allows you to view wait times for our ERs and urgent care centers, find a doctor, browse a comprehensive directory of services, and more.
- Sign up for MyChart. MyChart is Inova’s patient portal where you can check test results, communicate with your doctor, manage appointments, request prescription refills, and pay bills online.
- Stay current with the latest Inova news. The Inova Newsroom features news, announcements, patient stories and expert commentary on current health topics.
- Follow us on social.
- Don’t miss Inova events. Inova offers a variety of classes, community events, screenings, and support programs to keep you informed, healthy and prepared.

Inova Children’s Hospital is the only dedicated children’s hospital in Northern Virginia, featuring a full service pediatric ER, highest level NICU and the only PICU in the region. Our new kid-friendly facility offers your family comfort, support and expertise when you need it the most.
