Biography

After receiving an A.A degree in Tourism and Japanese in China, Yu has continued her studies in the United States and graduated with an A.A.S. degree from the Northern Virginia Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2017. Upon graduating, she has worked in outpatient physical therapy. In 2018, Yu joined the Inova Physical Therapy team at Tysons. Yu is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She hopes to continue her studies in Physical Therapy by eventually entering into a Doctorate Physical Therapy program in addition to gaining other clinical specializations, which will further her growth and knowledge in the field of Physical Therapy.

Yu is fluent in Mandarin and English. In her spare time, Yu enjoys reading, learning, cooking, exercise, video games and spending time with her friends and family.
