Biography

Erika is a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey and Virginia. She attended Hofstra University for her undergraduate studies and earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology, followed by attending Rutgers University, where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Since 2013, Erika has worked full-time in outpatient physical therapy settings, treating people of all ages with orthopedic and neurologic disorders. She has taken continued education courses in Cervical/Thoracic and SIJ dysfunction, Myofascial release, Kinesio-taping, and is SFMA certified.

Erika is actively pursuing Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). Aside from her professional career, she has a passion for athletics and played Division I softball at Hofstra University. During her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
