 ion classes, a request must be submitted at least 24 hour prior to the start
  of the class. Inova Well reserves the right to cancel classes due to low en
 rollment, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To reschedule
  or request a refund in these situations call 571-472-1400, option 2. Classe
 s not rescheduled within 30 days of cancellation will automatically be refun
 ded to the credit card used for registration. Inova Well will accommodate cl
 ass transfer requests whenever possible, however, transfers are not guarante
 ed. All registrants are entitled to ONE transfer per class. Repeated request
