  yoga mat, exercise ball, or blanket to use during labor practice in later c
 lasses. These items are not needed for the first class; your
  instructor will let you know when to bring them. Feel free to bring a snack
  and drink to enjoy during class. There are limited vending machine options

 lt partner.\nMasks are optional for participants and instructors.\n\nHow you
  must enter the building:We are located on the ICPH campus, off of Gallows R
 oad across the street from Inova Fairfax Hospital. From the South entrance, 
 park in lot F on Innovation Park Drive. The entrance for building 8100 is lo
 cated under the sky bridge through either set of double glass doors. The F l
 ot will be the closest parking lot to our entrance. Once inside, take the lo
 bby elevators to LL. Enter through the gym directly across from the elevator
 s and turn left past the front desk, or enter the classrooms via the hallway
  on your left as you exit the elevator. Overflow parking is also available i
 n lot D on Peterson Discovery Drive, which can be accessed through the North
  entrance. PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO PARK AND WALK TO YOUR CLASSROOM.\n\nI
