  any Childbirth Education classes, a request must be submitted at least 24 h
 our prior to the start of the class. Inova Well reserves the right to cancel
  classes due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other unforeseen circum
 stances. To reschedule or request a refund in these situations call 571-472-
 1400, option 2. Classes not rescheduled within 30 days of cancellation will 
 automatically be refunded to the credit card used for registration. Inova We
 ll will accommodate class transfer requests whenever possible, however, tran
 sfers are not guaranteed. All registrants are entitled to ONE transfer per c
