 n 30 days of cancellation will automatically be refunded to the credit card 
 used for registration. These non-registrant initialed cancellations, refunds

 ptional for participants and instructors.\nHow to get to the classroom:We ar
 e located on the ICPH campus, off of Gallows Road across the street from Ino
 va Fairfax Hospital. From the South entrance, park in lot F on Innovation Pa
 rk Drive. The entrance for building 8100 is located under the sky bridge thr
 ough either set of double glass doors. The F lot will be the closest parking
  lot to our entrance. Once inside, take the lobby elevators to LL. Enter thr
 ough the gym directly across from the elevators and turn left past the front
  desk, or enter the classrooms via the hallway on your left as you exit the 
 elevator. Overflow parking is also available in lot D on Peterson Discovery 
 Drive, which can be accessed through the North entrance. PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH
  TIME TO PARK AND WALK TO YOUR CLASSROOM.\n\nInsurance Questions: To learn m
