We thank you for your interest in completing concussion baseline testing through the Inova Sports Medicine Concussion Program. While we prefer to offer in-person testing, we also understand time constraints and current health concerns related to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are happy to be able to offer at-home baseline testing for your athlete. If for any reason you prefer in-person testing at our clinic, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate. All tests will be evaluated by our staff neuropsychologists for validity purposes.
Once registered, you will receive an email from ImPACT Applications within 24 hours that will provide you with a link for setup and completion instructions for the ImPACT baseline test. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours of this email, please check your SPAM folder or call us at 703-970-6427 to help resolve any problems (request to speak with Brett Gustman or Eric Castor). Please be sure to read all directions and watch the video prior to testing. The testing environment should be free of distractions or interruptions. Testing generally takes 20-25 minutes for planning purposes.
