Safe Sitter^® Babysitting Class

Safe Sitter is a medically accurate, competency-based, highly structured babysitting preparation course designed for young babysitters aged 11 to 14 years old.

The curriculum, written by a pediatrician, includes information on the following:

• Childcare essentials
• Injury management
• Preventing problem behavior
• Care of a choking infant or a choking child
• Safety for the sitter
• Babysitting as a business
• Success on the job

The class will provide expanded information on preventing injuries and behavior management.
